RONJA BRAINSTORM

Ronja Brainstorm is a Leipzig-based artist, writer, and self-proclaimed Art Whore. Her raw, confessional style blends autofiction, performance art, and cultural critique, and draws directly from her personal life: sex, relationships, mental health struggles, and clashes with the art world's woke politics.

Amid this chaos is Sina Khani, a former artist turned comedian, who acts as Ronja’s mentor, creative partner, and occasional lover. Their highly toxic relationship, marked by moments like a bar incident where he tried to pimp her out for €500, directly feeds into her confrontational practice.

Ronja Brainstorm visited the Unsafe House in search of help, convinced that the collective could provide her with guidance in her fight against the smothering, safety-obsessed Leipzig art scene, and to counter the hypocritical and censorious trends of contemporary art.

If you're curious about this mess, start with the Unsafe Podcast. It’s free, filthy, and fiercely un-sorry. Just don't expect redemption arcs; the dirt is the point.

The new Unsafe House film starring Ronja Brainstorm, Curtis Yarvin, Ruth Spetter, Tarik Sadouma, Vladislav Davidzon, and Sina Khani is in the final stages of post-production and will premiere soon on our YouTube channel.
