Hans Kuiper is a neo-slager singer, art critic, and gallerist. He first came to the Unsafe House during the Fringe Fest Comedy Event in 2024 (about which he wrote this piece for Radio Neverno) and has since evolved from lurking outsider to fringe participant in the Unsafe House project. As such his evolving role includes but is not limited to both the provision of foreign exhibitions (see below) and musical accompaniment to our podcasts. 

Since 2018 he has been organising exhibitions under the name “Kunstruimte 411”, starting out from Amsterdam, now with a homebase in Haarlem. In 2025 he is going international with group show “BOOM BOOM CHA” and in October he’ll be hosting an exhibition in Athens, Greece. Furthermore, there are already plans on the shelves for 2026 in a myriad of locations, such as Berlin, Helsinki and Madrid. Check out the 411 website for more information and stay tuned.
